Okay now I read on the US boarder website that if you get turned away you will be flagged in the system and it will always remain even if your charges get dropped on day which then will lead to being hassled all the time. And if you do get turned away then you have to fill out a I-192 waiver form before ever being allwed into the US again. Now I don't want to go through all the hassle do you JUDY think that the best thing is just to wait until my other charges get withdrawn in court because I know they will... and then from then on I should have no problem gettign across the to the US because I wouldn't have a criminal record. I would have being charged twice for the both the crimes but never were convicted and the ccharges were thrown out in court.
