Show from the 80's about a pair of kids that lived underwater
I remember a show that came on in the 80's that featured a boy and a girl that lived in some kind of house under water. I vaugley remember it being make of some kind of foam. I have been racking my brain to remember. Hope someone has a better memory than I.
