My brother lost his license due to violations and accidents. It has placed a hardship since his job is driving to homes for appliance service calls. This is in Tennessee.

Was the license not suspended by the DMV for points or what was it suspended for?

But you will have to meet the requirements of the DMV, normally an amount of time has to pass.

Yes his license was suspended by the DMV for points and he was stopped again and how has "driving on a suspended license" on his record. He is going to lose his job. He has a court ordered child support payment he will not be able to make if he does. So there is nothing he can do?

Get a hardship license to drive to and from work ( though you said he had that? ) But he can petition the court to allow him to only drive to and from work.

But if he is using a company vechile, most likely with such a bad driving record, their insurance company may not want him driving anyway.
