    Average Price for 80 hour urine screen
    I have to pay for my ex-husband's COURT ORDERED 80 hour urine alcohol test. Can anyone give me an average cost of what I can expect to pay... Twice a week for 1 year?

    In the vicinity of 25 to 30 dollars per test. It is actually dependent on the agreement between the court program and the testing lab but that will be close.

    In all likelihood that will only include initial immunoassay. If there is a positive result then there would be an additional charge for a confirmation test. Confirmation testing could run $100 or more.
