    How to reapply for I 751 without your husband
    If anyody has similar situation please reply! I got a huge prolem I can't get the right answer from lawyers they all telling me different things! I have to renew my green card and after ause of my husband they tell me to file for i360 but other lawer said do not do it just wait till I 751 ut also can't get straight answer if I can get the divorce or not to file these forms and do I have to?
    Please anyone what should I file if we leave separate but not devorce and I'm not going back to him because of abuse?
