    Do I have to start my birth control...
    Do I have to start my birth control the first day of my period? I have the zeosa oral contraceptive I was supposed to start the 1st day of my period but I lost the prescription by the time I got a new one I was off so I'm just wondering If it's absolutely necessary to start the 1st day

    Its not necessary but its recommended. If your already half way through your cycle just wait until the next one comes around
