How can a company collect money embezzled by an employee
An employee was fired due to embezzling a significant amount of company money. The court found the former employee guilty of embezzlement. That person appears to have a changed name and address. No court required reimbursements have been received by the company. How can the company find the former employee and collect the court required repayments?

They hire a PI to locate them and turn them over to the court for violation of the sentence. But then if he is not working or working under the table, most likely they will never get the money.

Most victims of crime seldom get very much if any of their money. It depends on how much they are willing to pay to try and get their money.
