    Where is the Obama picture ?

    Also the surplus happened because of cuts made in the previous administrations. Are we mixing apples and oranges again ?

    Sometimes the left can manage to produce a surplus but more times than not they spend, spend, spend.

    Until governments of any persuasion learn to live within their means and not borrow from future generations you will see this cycle

    Do we need to go over this again? All spending bills originate in the House of Representatives. Obama's Democrat controlled Congress outspent them all.
