When running a bath I only can get warm water from hot tap
Have tried running cold sink tap and also bath cold tap and neither help. When 2 lights are lit on boiler (located in the bathroom) the water seems hotter but lights don't stay on long. Any advice or answers would be great.

Hello I am suddenly only getting luke warm water coming through the hot taps in my bathroom. All other rooms are fine. I have a bungalow with two bathrooms a kitchen and a utility room. The system is run off a LPG combi boiler.
