    Oklahoma tenant pets in apartments?
If a neighboring tenant gets a dog and the dog barks/whines all day while she is gone - and the management disregards that, what can the tenant who is being disturbed do about it?

You can call the police about it. If it rises to the level that violated local ordinances then they can take action against the pet owner.
