    Lucky draw hilal or haram
    Assalam -o -Alikum,
    Can you tell me about the lucky draw.this is Haram or Hilal . I am living in duabi so in these days many shoping mall givivng the offer ,if you purchse more than 1000 dhs so they give a coupan ( lucky draw)after may be any body won the 10,0000 dhs.so in islam this is HAlal or Harma?
