Lower back pain
I woke up Sunday morning with lower back pain starting in the middle of my back radiating to my right side. Unable to get in a comfortable position and have a terrible headache. The pain is not easing up and not sure what the problem. Not sure if I should go to the E are or go see my primary physician.

I've had on and off lower to middle back pain for more than a month... when it's on it also makes my butt feel a bit numb. Heat and/or a Ben Gay type ointment makes it feel better. What could be causing it and how do I make it feel better?
