    MIF Deficiency Judgments
    What is MIF Deficiency Judgments? Is there a time frame for them to do this?
    How do I verify if there is a judgment on me with Rev.Canada?
    Is H & are block able to see if there is a judgment before filing my taxes?

    This is remarkably confusing to me and so I am posting a site which addresses the question in detail: re MJR, court & SOL in Ontario Discussion Forum - Canadian

    I think you need a Canadian CPA or a Canadian Attorney.

    I don't know about Canada, but in the U.S. anyone can walk into the courthouse and check the court records. Or, in most places, that information is available online.
