    On and off relationship
I am really in love with my ex boy friend and I know he loves me back because we have that conversation all the time. We have been on and off since 8th grade and at the moment he has a girl friend who is crazy about him so I'm staying away because I don't want to ruin what he has. Even though he is committed to her his feelings for me are still stronger than his feelings for her. He doesn't want to hurt her and just end it for me but he doesn't want to hurt me by keeping me waiting. I don't want to tell him what he should do because it's his choice but I'm not sure what I should do myself. Can anyone let me know what I should say to him or even do about the situation?

Tell him the truth and how you feel . If he doesn't want you then he doesn't if he wants her you will just have to deal with that fact

You are doing the right thing now. Staying away, but you need to stop talking and being fed this hogwash about he likes you more. If he did, he wouldn't be with her, he would be with you.

Either he is putting you off nicely, or he is keeping false hope alive just in case things don't work out.

No matter what the reason is stop talking to him about it. Stop talking period. He has a girl remember? If he is the one talking to you, you better stop listening to the crap he feeds you.

This is my opinion okay? I had a similar situation. It sounds to me like a lot of confusion. I think it is best that you moved on. I know it may be hard, but if it's meant to be, it will be. It will give you a chance to step back and focus on YOU for awhile.

I t sounds to me like he is really confused about what to do as weel. I think that by stepping back for awhile, it will give you both a chance to really think thngs out.
