[Help.]

Well I'm 12 Years Old and I feel as if something watches me over night I'm always the last person to falll asleep in my house , my hole room is painted which I know spirits hate and are afraid of , when I finnay fall asleep I always wake up in the middle of the night and I feel this force pushing against me I can't move when this happens and I can't speak , its as if I'm temporarily paralized I don't have any illnesses that may be the cause of this , I also no one else in my family believes me about this nor does this happen to them, I'm not very good with horror films and I tend to get scared easy. This ''spirit'' - I'm not sure what it is please can you give me tips on getting rid of it or define what it is. Last night I had another experience of this and I got out of my bed and watched my bed there where middle sized plunges on my bed.well , this thing follows me every where I go I've kind of gotten used to not being able to move in the night, please help me!

How do you know the spirits hate that your room is painted - and how do you know they are afraid of it?

ive searched what keeps spirtits away and loads of answer included spirits being scared by red , my parents think im dreaming and don't believe me

Please don't type in caps - it's the same as shouting at me and it's not necessary.

If you are seriously troubled - and it appears that you are - then you need to speak to an adult, any adult who will listen to you.

You are too young to call in spirit advisors or clergy people by yourself.

Your bedroom is painted red? Wouldn't something that scares spirits keep them away?

You are posting on a public board and you are obviously not an adult. Because of your age there is little you can do if a spirit is following you.

Anything that needs to be "done" needs to be permitted by your parents.

I'm sorry you don't want that but that's the legality of your question.

Help - she is right, and no matter if your parents believe you or not, they at least need to be made aware of what you are studying and planning on doing for your situation. Obviously the color red isn't working, so I hope that clues you in that most of what is out there as far as information on the subject is grossly inaccurate. To better phrase it, it is superstition.

Does your family attend a church or do you attend a youth group? Would your parents be opposed to you talking to someone at a church about this problem. I'm with Judy and I really don't believe there is much you are going to be able to do about this on your own. With spiritual maturity comes spiritual authority, and it will most likely take someone of that caliber to properly help you. Spirits are not always a "quick fix".

And did you read the thread I posted?

If you attend a Church, then go to the Church and see if they can help. Again, you are a minor and that complicates things.
