Any clue what that means? Went to my yearly exam in Nov 2011. Few weeks later get into a serious car accident, I was the driver (not my fault, BTW). Have had pain in my lower right side and have had black or brown/black stringy discharge since the accident. Was in ER few nights ago and they did an internal ultrasound and found my right ovary behind my uterus. Have 2 wait about 2 weeks to get into my doctor for a regular appt. Should I call and ask them to get me in sooner?

Yes, tell them you were in an accident and you need to get in ASAP. The fact that your Right ovary is behind your uterus could suggest that you have a torsion of your ovary. That basically means that the fallopian is twisted and that would compromise the blood supply to the ovary hence the pain on the Right side.
