    What happens if my probation officer shows up?
    If my probation officer shows up to my house and searches but finds nothing but beer in my fridge is this terms for violation? Also after he found it he said he was going to make a call I had class at the university so I left without talking to him again after about 15 minutes. Did I do anything illegal?

    It depends upon the specific conditions of your probation. You should have received a document stating the specific conditions when you began your probation. If one of the conditions is that you are not to be in possession of alcoholic beverages, then you could have your probation violated.

    Was there rules under your probation that you could not have beer ? If so, yes this was a violation.
