    If my baby is born in uk will he get uk citizenship?
    If my baby is born in uk will he get uk citizenship, bcs both parents are not british and we under tier 4 visa.

    Are you or the other parent of the baby "legally settled" in the UK? If not, then the baby will likely NOT be a UK Citizen. See this link for details:
