    Lumbar spine X-Ray meaning that explains what wrong or not. Please
    Indication: Low back pain, DJD,osteoarthritis. Ap, lateral, and oblique projections as well as L5-S1 spot images are performed. Minor rotatory scoliosis, demineralization, and moderate lower facet DJD are present. Minor endplate changes are noted at multiple levels, and minor aortoiliac atheroscerosis is noted. No bony destruction, malalignment, or distinct acute fractures are evudent. No fracture, malalignment or other acute abnormalities are identified. No significant congenital abnormalities are noted. No distinct disc space abnormalities are seen.
