Case 446 tractor, Onan engine, Solenoid clicks. Has a new solenoid, new battery

Case 446 tractor, Onan engine, Solenoid clicks. Has a new solenoid, new battery

New ignition switch. Still clicks. What else should I look for?

Check grounds , check and see if your getting 12 volts to starter.
