    I had a complete tear of the ACL about 15 years ago, it was repaired using the patella tendon. Once you injuren a joint, things are never quite the same. Realize that you probably do have a lot swelling still present so things haven't "settled" just yet. It definitely took more than 2 months for the swelling to go down for me. If there is no pain with the clicking, I think there is nothing to worry about but you should still mention it to your doctor or physical therapist if you have one. It has been 15 years since my surgery and my knee still occasionally clicks and pops without pain.

    Yea it was swollen but it went down a little but its not clicking as much but I had surgery on my acl and mcl
