Has he been vaccinated? Could be a number of serious things that only a vet could diagnose. You need to take him in.

I agree, there are many different possibilites here. One of them being bloat which is almost always deadly unless treated ASAP.

There really aren't any "home remedies" for this, besides keeping him well hydrated, and checking the temperature. This could be parvo and unless treated he will die. We can only guess at what it might be. Is there anyway you can borrow the money from someone? What about calling vets and asking for payment arrangements...

My guess would be parvo or distemper both of which are deadly if not treated. I'd start calling vets to see if they can help you. You can also apply for care credit which most veterinary hospitals take.

White foamy vomit is swallowed saliva. My 'guess' is a sore throat, like a tonsillitis. See the vet to find out and get the puppy back eating and drinking... it is still just a 'baby'. How long would we humans let a baby go with out eating or drinking?

U people are dumb. The symptoms point to the parvo virus which is DEADLY to puppies. Time if of the essence once symptoms set in. Bring your puppy to am emergency vet ASAP.

WE'RE dumb? You're the only one answering a 6 month old question.

A 6 month old question answered by a vet (you) and a vet tech (Lady Sam), and people that know their stuff and can spell the word "you" properly.
Giggle. I love it when the person criticizing our intelligence ends up showing their lack of intelligence instead. :)

It's a card game, a lot like poker. Dogs play it, and then pose for pictures wearing funny hats and smoking cigars.
