    Can I get my 401k back after it had been taken from me fore the last for years I have joint custody for the last 4 years

    Sorry, you have not really told us?

    Who took the 401K, and why?
    When was it taken.

    I can guess maybe child support ?
    Do you have back support due ?
    Are you paying current child support ?

    Was the 401K about divorce or support or something else?
