    Probation violation fleeing the state
    I'm on probation for 2 years was a domestic violence victim fled the state for safety want to come back to nc to serve the time the charge was theft by conversion orig sentence was 30 days how much could I get now

    Hello J:

    There's no way to tell. The only thing I know is you'll get MORE time if they catch you, than you'll get if you turn yourself in. It'll HELP if you have a lawyer.
