My 9 year old son had a unique experience on Saturday. I have a split level home and he came in from being outside, he ran up the stairs into my bedroom where I was watching TV. He jumped on my bed and said "Mom its following me" and then he started shaking really bad and crying. He was extremely frightened. I asked him what it was and he said he wasn't sure but it looked like a dog and it came from the downstairs and stopped at the front door. Since that happened he will not go into his room alone, he won't sleep in there or go in there to play.
About a month or so ago, my husband was home alone watching TV in our bedroom and he swears that he heard what sounded like claws on our hardwood flooring and he saw a dog like figure go into my sons room. He thought it was our coon dog so he got up and looked in the bedroom and there was nothing there. Then he looked outside in our backyard and there sat our dog. My husband is a skeptic when it comes to paranormal but he said he knows what he saw and it was real.
Should I do a cleansing of the house and have my son helping? I just don't know what to do... please help!
