This may be a simple question to an old problem but simply put I want some advice on how to move on after a relationship. The backstory is as such: this past summer I met an old friend I used to work with a few years back. We started talking a lot and wound up going on a few dates. It was then that I realized how much fun I was having so we began to be officially a couple. Thing moved pretty quick from there and I fell hard for this girl the middle of last month she told me she just wasn't feeling it anymore and wanted to go our separate ways.she did it right. She told me in person and didn't treat me bad or cheat or anything so I have absolutely no animosity toward her. My problem is I have been dumped tons of times and I always bounce back pretty quickly. With this girl I'm stuck I can't get past her. I've gone on some dates hung out with a few girls and nothing helps. I'm sad all the time and all I want is to talk to her but I know I can't do that. Nothing fills the gap because I think this might have been the first girl I ever love. Please tell me how to move past this. I am so tired of hurting and thinking about her 24/7 and I just welcome any advice to stop.
