Dear all:
I just want the name of books who can be any category ( romance horror comedy any type ) who were happened in the era between the ww2 till our days but that happened in Europe I just want to collect data about this period but through reading novels and books not like a history book or anything

Are you near a public library? There's a database named WorldCat on which a librarian (or you) can do a keyword search.

Your search will be very broad and will bring up a very unwieldy list of titles. Perhaps you could narrow down your search? What are you hoping to find?

I could list books for you too. Or do you want a summary of the plot of each book? If you are collecting "data," please realize that fiction books such as what you are wanting often change details of history in order to fit the storyline.

For instance, Black Wind (horror) by F. Paul Wilson takes place just before the US Pearl Harbor attack by the Japanese. The setting is historical, but I would not use the story to learn more about the Japanese or Pearl Harbor or the attack.

Well its for a girl I want to get her a present and she has this exam which really wants to pass so she could be accepted for her major studies and the exam will be about that period I mentioned and all what happened in it and she don't like to read something as a data book which gives her only info so I usggested that she could read novels that have a plot during this period and then she will not get bored and will get the info she wants in an intersteing way.. andi just want to get her the first book to begin with.
I just need some interesting titles that are not old books because here in egypt I don't think I will find old books or it will take time... that's it

Reading a few fiction books with possibly faulty data will NOT help her with her studies and will take much too long. And I have absolutely no idea what books an Egyptian library or bookstore has on hand. I really think you are going about this the wrong way.

Help her make flash cards for the trivia information she must learn. Help her study by being the teacher and quizzing her.
