    How can I download a balance of a corporate and analyse the balance sheet items?

    You can go to the company's website and in the investor section download their financials. If the company is not online you can contact the company, investor relations and have them send you a copy of their financials.

    If a company is getting a loan through a bank the company will provide the financials to the bank.
