I'm looking for this movie if anyone knows what it is.

It starts with kids on a school bus singing the wheels on the bus goes round and round. They go into the fog by the cematery. When you see the kids again they have red finger nails. And when they tough you then you turn to bones or something like that. Toward the end they only why they can stop the kids is to cut the hands off.
