    Lights on on entry pad
    When I enter my code on my gargage entry pad it does not light up; I am not able to open the door because the pad is not working. What could be the problem? Can you help me.

    It is almost a certainty that you need to replace the battery. Look for a little door (that may have a screw in it) that conceals the battery compartment.
