If you have lower back pain from a uti, then your kidneys have been compromised by the infection. Did they give you a prescription for antibiotics?

    You need further medical attention.

Were you given a prescription for an antibiotic? If you were, you need to take that exactly as prescribed until all pills are gone. There are over-the-counter medications you can take in the meantime for the pain.

Unless your doctors office is closed, please don't go back to the ER. The ER should be left open for actual life threatening emergencies. If your primary care physician's office is open, please contact them for further instruction.
