Here's the just of it-- He's 14 and his home life isn't good and his mom can't stand him right now. There has been some physical altercations between them and he just needs to get out. His father's home isn't any better either. My questions are what do I need to do to get him to legally live with me in a different state and give me the rights to enroll him in school and have medical rights as well? I looked into guardianship but we really don't have all that money to pay the fees. Can't the parents just sign over guardianship to my husband and I?
