Fixing a leak in the drain of bathtub
We installed a new bathtub over the weekend and the bottom drain keeps leaking between the seal and the pipe. When installing the drain we made sure it was tight and even put sealer between the drain and the tub , but it still is leaking. Any ideas?

An easy mistake to make is in the order of the washers under the tub. From the bottom, the correct order is nut, stiff washer, then neoprene washer next to the tub. On the tub side, thrse should be plumbers putty or silicone under the drain flange.
