    Could my tilted uterus be causing my cramps?
    At 13 weeks my OBGYN said I had a tilted uterus (backwards), I am currently 16 weeks and have been having severe cramps for the past 6 days. When I went to the E.are. They said they @eren't sure what it was and sent me homw. I wanted to know if my uterus could still be tilted and if it could be causing my pain?
