    Well if both of you are of legal age, you can marry her... No need for anyone's permission...

    But if you seek the blessings of her parents during your wedding or something, then I guess you better give us some more details about your situation.

    Why they are oppose? Are you and your BF from different country than wait and they will agree. My close Indian friend married white guy and it took her seven year but she she was sure they there is nothing wrong with parents site or white man's site. If your marriage will not work you will need your parents. It is not easy to raise kid and you are there hope and guy is good things will go fine they will agree. They have there reason .

    You can marry anyone you want... but you can't MAKE either set of parents approve of it or your future spouse or even to make them like them. So consider that... a lifetime of friction in the family.
