I used to have this really good friend named Emily, but now she wants to ruin my life! Me, Emily, Sara, and ally were best friends. One day Emily just decided that she didn't want to be friends with me and ally because she accused us of hanging out together too much. She confronted me in the girls changeroom at school in front of everyone. I felt so embarrassed because I started to cry in front of everyone. She told me I was immature like my little sister. We just totally stopped being friends about a month ago. But on the day before Christmas holiday I was actually trying to be nice to her. In return she cinvinced ally and Sara that I give her dirty looks and am out together. And they believe her, what do I do?

Well it doesn't sound as if this girl is very reasonable, I would try and explain what Emily did to you to the other frineds. So is Ally now friends with Emily again? If so, it sounds like Ally just doesn't want to be "out-casted" again and will believe anything Emily tells her.

Maybe you should branch out and try to meet other people. My mother always told me to never put my all my eggs in one basket.
