Why do I cry when I am not distracted
I feel fine when I am distracted or excited about something, but when I am alone or trying to fall asleep I just start to cry! I just want to feel better! If anyone knows what to do please tell me fast. I am headed to see a doctor next week but I still want tips. Thanks
