    Selling my paintings?.
    I like using magazine clippings when I paint, would it be illegal to sell my artwork since it includes other peoples work (photography)? Or is that okay?.

    If your paintings are on clippings, as collages, then you can't sell those.
    If you are copying - it depends on various factors that may require permission. One factor might be how publicly recognizable the photo was, another might be if it's of a famous person.
