    Can anyone date my Jones' sewing machine from serial number?
    Hi, I have just been donated a vintage treadle Jones' sewing machine and I am trudging through the web trying to find a page to date my machine. Serial number is 57859 any help would be great!

    There are many models - need to know what it looks like - the decals on the arm will help a lot. Look in the Encyclopedia of Antique Sewing machines. My is dated 2002 and should help figure it out.
