Miscarriage?
For the past few days I've been bleeding a darker almost brown blood. And last night I started to bleed bright red blood, and got severe abdonimal pain, cramping, back pain, feverishwith hot flashes and chills, I couldn't stand up straight, and when I tried to use a tampon it hurt extremely bd and mybody woud push it out, so I went back to using pads. I finally fell asleep andwoke around 2 am feeling a lot of pressure like I hadto use the restroom really badly. I tried to pee but I just bled I felt like I had to push bu didn't and whenthefeeling started to pass I stood up and as I stoodup, I passed a fairly large bloody piece of tissue I guess you would say, it looked sort of like abloody clar mucus sack with something white in it. I totally freaked out, so I didn't get any closer to examin it. But I've had 4 children and the first thing It looked like to me was the beginning of a baby, could this have been a miscarrriage? And I just didn't know I was pregnant?

While I may word it more graceful, I have to agree , get to the doctor, we were not there, we can not examine you, we can not do blood tests and other things to make sure it is not something else.
Yes it sounds like it, but you need to seek medical attention.

And who exactly is going to cover my medical bills? Or watch my 4 children while I'm up there? Mysituatio is very complicated, of course I want to take care of myself. And obviously I have calld everyone I know even a few churches to try and get help with my kids, and have heard nothing back. So thank you for very much for just assuming I would want to sit at home and suffer and sit on my stupid ***, however Im doing everything I can to try and get treatment, this was obviously a last resort, and a stupid one at that, because there are abviously no intelliegent actual Nurses to answer my question here. Just judgemental people probably sitting at home with no degree what so ever.

I don't understand what you think that you can learn online, from a nurse or anyone else. Any nurse would tell you that you need to see a doctor if you are having the symptoms that you described. If you have not expelled the entire embryo and infection occurs, it could kill you. What would happen to your four children then? Who would pay the bills from your funeral? There is no other answer than to seek medical attention. You need at least an ultrasound to confirm that you indeed were pregnant and expelled all of the tissue.
I will agree with you that posting here was a stupid last resort... anyone could see that you need to see a doctor immediately, including you. Nobody here can help you with a medical problem, all they can do is give you the best advice available for the situation, and like it or not, you have gotten it. If medical bills are an issue, you can apply for medicaid and retroactively cover hospital bills for three months back if approved. A hospital will work with you if you need to make payments. What they will NOT do is refuse you service in an ER.

I've just recently found out I was pregnant, my period was NOT late yet, but I had light spotting and had high hopes so I took a cheap hpt and it showed up positive(My LMP was 10/20/08). The following day I went to the woman's clinic, I was confirmed pregnant. My OBGYN sent me to a lab for blood...
