My dog has vomited three times in the last two days. The first two times were yellow bile and the third time was food she ate last night. She has also had red welts on her belly, head, neck and legs with a lot of itching and scratching. She is 13 years old.

It sounds like it could be an allergy, but at best all we can do is guess. I would seek medical attention from your vet. Do you live in an area where she could have come n contact with poisonous plants/fungi or insects?

I am concerned, especially with the age of your dog, that there might be something serious going on here. I would be especially concerned with the possibility of kidney disease. Please take your dog to the vet. While it is possible that she has had an allergic reaction, ANY time a dog has vomiting for more than 12 hours a vet should be consulted. When the vomiting is accompanied by other symptoms it is even more concerning.
