    Stress, fake pregnancy or real pregnancy?
    I have been having pains in my belly and in my back, I have had light bleeding, I am very emotional very tired, and I want to eat a lot of junk food and needing to pee a lot, I might be pregnant in which case I would be nearly 3 weeks (my periods are irregular) and no weight gain yet so are these signs of early pregnancy? And I did take a test a few days ago but it was negative and I have had unprotected sex

    Could it be a fake pregnancy? I really want a baby and I have been around family who have young children or are pregnant, in this case how do I know its fake and will it just go away? Or do I need a doctor?

    Or is it stress? I would appreciate any answers and please don't say anything rude or mean, thanks for your help

    Because your wanting a baby you can trick yourself into feeling the things & phyching yourself into believeing your pregnant but its not that your not you very well still could be your best bet is to take a hpt
