No support payments-- justified or not?
The father of my child lost his job as a police officer because of rape charges; however, he is still receiving military benefits and refuses to help with our child. He is now four months behind and even though CSS has sent IDO to the military. We have not received any payments due to his military status being a reservist. Is this the type of situation to file for an abandonment warrant?
