    Radiators not heating when bled
I have a Potterton Kingfisher 2 floor standing boiler. The two radiators in the living room are only partially heating. The radiators make whooshing sounds when turned on and this also happens when being bled. Nothing comes out on one radiator when being bled and the other blows out air then stops, then blows out more air.

Can anyone point me in the right direction. I think the system needs drained.

Still allot of air, what's the pressure? Pressure reducing valve is very slow to fill system when you are bleeding it, it sounds like.

    Thanks for that.

I am aware of this but the problem is that I am in rented accommodation and the landlord says that the system only needs bled but this does not sort the problem and the radiators are still only partially heating. I do not intend to try to sort this out myself. The question is should I call out a plumber?
