    Social Security--my home in jeopardy?
    I am on SSDI and need to know if a large Bank can levy my account or force the sale of my hone.

    Yes to both questions. They cannot garnishee your SSI income. They can lien against any other funds OR co-mingled funds or anything else you own.

    SSI does not give you the right to live in a house and not make the mortgage payments.

    If you owe money on your home to the bank, they can foreclose on the house,
