    Illegal eviction
    My landlord threw everything in my four bedroom home out without any type of legal notice I lostmany things that can never be replaced, deceased parents belongings baby pictures all pictures... parents my wedding family airlooms holiday decorations that have been in the family for three generations all my children's toys everyone's clothing all furniture id's birth certs social sec cards everything over 100,000 worth of belonging but most were things I can never replace, I had a yr lease and received a hand written notice to remove belongings within a mon but everything was gone three weeks prior I filed a police report but was told it had to be taken to civil court what can I do I lost everything and can not afford to pay a lawyer right now my family has nothing

    You will have to sue them in civil court, that is what is required.

    You can file in small claims court if its under the limits.

    But if this is a clear cut case you may be able to get an attorney who will take on the basis of getting paid from the award. Shop around for an attorney and explain the circumstances.
