91 honda accord does not down shift
I have a 91 honda accord dx that's a automatic I can select all my gears on my car. Ut when I go to start it does not want to select gears. So then I have to put the key in the shift lock to select gears. And when I have the car in d4 it stays in 4th. When I have the car in 3rd same thing and 2nd and I don't have first. But I can manually shift. So would this anything to do with the lock solenoid valves A,B. Or is it somethig else?
