    How to get pregnant quickly...
    I am trying too get pregnant currently and all we have tried is that he cummes in me every time we have sex.

    Even with healthy couples following their cycles closely it can sometimes take a year or more. So there is no quickly.

    But you need to find and follow and tract the most fertile times of the month for you, You and your partner should perhaps have a physcial exam to be sure there is no issues to deal with.

    Then you do not have sex all the time, but only on the dates and times most likely to result in pregnancy.
