1. Drink TONS of liquids, especially warm broths and watered down juices.
2. Gargle every hour with warm salt water, about a teaspoon in a half glass.
3. Keep warm and try to sleep sitting up.
3. Humidifier or pot of water simmering on stove.
5. Decongestants from the drugstore.
