The menstural lights cramps I've been having like alllll month. Sometimes I will feel like a pain near my ovaries. I just had a pelvic exam last month and the doc said I had no cysts, or infections. I have been extremely irritable , tired but when I go to lay down I can't sleep ! I took another test 3 days ago and it was negative. I haven't been stressed out , nothing different with my exercise routine. Could it be something else ?
